Welcome
You receive your welcome packet and you make your payment.
Briefing
Fill out your UNIQUE BRIEF, and if you have a Pinterest page, or PDF collation with your design “wish lists” & “must haves. Email back to us with all your images & dimensions.
Design
The creative process begins! Sit back, relax and let us make all the hard decisions
Presentation
Your design, along with a comprehensive digital moodboard, with all specifications, cut sheets showing individual items procured for your design web addresses and physical addresses, will then be forwarded to you within 3 weeks. If there are any samples required we’ll have them delivered to your home for perusal.
Your delivered Samples may consist of:
- A4 Paint colour swatches
- Benchtop samples
- Tile samples
- Carpet samples
- Timber samples
- Fabric samples

Revisions
Any revisions will take a tad longer. You have one revision.

The Luxe DIY JOURNEY is a more comprehensive which is the ESSENTIALS PACKAGE with some valuable add ons..to provide a more bespoke service.

If you’re struggling with your DIY project. Pick up the phone and talk to a creative highly experience design professional. Follow up phone or zoom calls with Jane Thomson can be arranged for $195 per hour.
Accessorising your space
Struggling with accessorising your space? Don’t worry we can help you. We’ll set up a zoom call for up to an hour for a chat about your requirements. After our chat, we then move forward and provide you with a moodboard, a shopping list to make it easy and a list to take you to each retailer’s website. All personally procured just for you. Small rooms $395, Medium rooms $595, Large rooms $750.
