ECLECTIC LIVING

Gordon in NSW is an established suburb in the leafy upper North Shore of Sydney. Full to the brim of stunning homes, from a plethora of different eras, styles and sizes.. So this gorgeous Californian Bungalows living room needed a well needed makeover to show off its beautiful bones!

My clients brief was to inject some light and fun! So my suggestion was to retain the slight formality if their second living room but inject some on trend super cool pieces that would always stand the test of time..

By adding the pop of teal blue in velvet this helped to elevate the fun aspect. And so too the Large peony prints flanking the marble fireplace..

I ripped up the outdated carpet and swapped it out with an olive green ribbed wool rug for that added cosyness on the original pine timber floor.. some sexy lighting a new sofa in a stunning off green linen look performance fabric.. and hey presto.. a brand new look for this grand Californian Dame.
