St Leonards ‘Bachelor Pad’ Makeover
Every project is unique. Each project is a reflection of a client’s wants, needs and desires.
Some clients only require a decorative makeover. So I was ecstatic to help out our St Leonards bachelor!
He was thinking of selling within the next 12 months so the thought of repainting and remodelling kitchens and bathrooms wasn’t a great idea. Why stick a bunch of well earned dollars in to a space that he may not own in 12 months.
So the furniture he can easily transfer to his proposed new abode.
So a minimal pallet was required and larger scale pieces to create some well-needed drama within the space.
BEFORE
It was an absolute pleasure to have Jane redesign my 2-bedroom apartment on the lower north shore. Not only is she extremely professional and courteous but she is also an excellent communicator. Apart from giving her a budget to work with I pretty much left everything in her hands. The resulting transformation was incredible. Jane’s choice of furniture, artwork and accessories were perfect for my space, and I am extremely happy with the result. Of particular note was the transformation she made to my spare bedroom. Before Jane came along it was just that - a very unremarkable ‘spare bedroom’. With a limited budget to work with she managed to transform this room into a very warm, inviting, and trendy space, similar to what you’d expect to find in an upmarket boutique hotel. I cannot recommend Jane highly enough.
